About Us
Virtual House Calls (VHC) is your home for integrative and holistic healthcare,
embracing both traditional and alternative therapies and is nurse practitioner-
owned and operated, with more than 15 years of experience. We are committed
to helping you optimize your health and wellness, by treating you as a whole
person, not just as a list of symptoms.
VHC offers primary care, hormone optimization, hormone replacement therapy
(HRT), women’s health, vitamins/supplements, and nutritional support.
Are you tired of spending hours driving to a clinic and sitting in a waiting room,
only to have a provider spend 5-10 minutes with you and not really listen to you?
We take the time to get to know you as an individual and will work together to
develop a plan that will meet your goals.
We provide quality, convenient, personalized healthcare from the comfort and privacy of your own home using a
secure and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA)-compliant video link.
Process
After scheduling your appointment, you will receive an email containing a link to your patient history and consent
forms as well as a secure link for your telehealth appointment. You do not need to download any apps or software.
You can access the video link from any internet capable device including PC, laptop, tablet, or even your
smartphone. The only requirement is that your device has video/camera capability. Due to state regulations, audio
only calls do not meet the requirements for establishing a patient/provider relationship.
Most new clients can expect 45-60 minutes for the initial appointment where we will go over a detailed health
history and discuss any symptoms, concerns, and goals.
Insurance
We believe that you should have access to the treatment options and
therapies that you and your provider have decided are best for you.
You shouldn’t be limited to only those therapies approved by insurance
companies. Therefore, we do not currently accept insurance. We will
provide an itemized billing statement which you may submit to your
insurance company for reimbursement, if you choose. You are able to
use your insurance for lab work and prescriptions.
